Shire4Education forms part of the Shire group of companies, providing professional education and assessment programmes for those operating in the construction industry, with a particular emphasis on working at height, precast erection and lifting operations. These include safety net installation & management, system access scaffolding, mobile towers, ladders and stepladders, slinger signaller and precast erection. We are easily accessible from our base in Colwich, although much of our work is carried out at clients' premises and sites throughout the world. 
Our courses are delivered in line with the requirements of BS8454 and our bespoke facilities are renowned throughout the industry for providing dedicated education and assessment programmes that create candidates able to make use of their new knowledge immediately.
We are an accredited CAA centre, which means that Shire4Education can deliver NVQ's in a timely and proffessional way. Our accreditation means we can draw down funding so in many cases, the achievement of a NVQ is at no cost to the employer.
Shire4Education have a team of directly employed A1 assessors - a resource which enables us to respond quickly to clients needs.
Our reputation for the innovative way in which we deliver education and NVQ's is based upon experience, self assessment and candidate feedback-something to which we always respond. In short, we don't take our reputation for granted and are always looking for ways of pushing the boundaries even further.

Our pioneering approach to safety at height in the workplace resulted in the development of NetClaw-a unique, remote attachment system that allows the installation of safety nets from the ground - AVOIDING the need to work at height.
The commendation at the Bovis Lendlease EMEA Worksafe partner awards confirms the way in which NetClaw is regarded by the industry as being the safest way of installing safety nets.
Shire4Education are an active participant on numerous industry working groups which means that we are helping shape the future safety of those in the workplace.
